COSTS - Brazilian Participants

The result of the evaluation process will be disclosed through this system and the selected candidates will receive confirmation in their e-mails.

The applicant’s Institutions will also receive an official confirmation, sent by the Executing Institution of the course, in order to allow the start off the initial proceedings to attend the course.

Once selected, the applicant must immediately confirm its interest, and initiate procedures for absence from work and funding of its participation.

The TCTP is a modality of trilateral cooperation, operated by the Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC) and the International Cooperation Agency of Japan (JICA) which is based on institutional strengthening and capacity building of the partner countries, it is non-profit and detached from commercial interests.

In this sense, subsidies granted to the partner countries will not apply to Brazilian candidates, the candidate should check with the the Brazilian institution administering the training the existence of agreements that may subsidize their participation.

Otherwise the applicant must check with the institution that indicated him, the cost of tickets, hotels and daily payment to enable it’s adequately attendance the course, or provide the funding in a personal way.

WITHDRAWS OR ABANDONMENT: In the event of any attendance impediment, please report immediately to the ABC and the partner institutions through e-email and the contact us link. The communication in a timely manner, prior to the ending of the selection process, allows the replacement of applicants and will not cause obstacles to the participation in a future opportunity.
