Tão logo seja aprovado, o candidato selecionado deverá solicitar o visto apropriado para sua entrada e permanência no Brasil, pelo prazo de duração do curso, junto à Embaixada ou Consulado do Brasil no país de origem
(addresses).
In accordance with current regulations and guidance of the Immigration Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (DIM / MRE), the Consulate or Consular Section of the Embassy will issue the official visa (VISOF) to the selected candidate to participate in the Training TCTP, once the applicant presents the following documentation:

Note of the Government of candidate’s country, addressed to the Embassy of Brazil recommending participation in training;

Proof of selection, indicating that the participate was selected to the training
- Passport valid for at least six months from the date set for entry into Brazil;
- 01 5x7 photo with white background;
- 01 visa application form full field and signed;
- Portfolio of vaccination against yellow fever.
Important:

Visas are issued at approximately 48-72 hours, not counting time for postal delivery.

When you fill out the visa application at the Embassy,
read the instructions for filling,
do not abbreviate or omit names, addresses and other data, always use the Portuguese language, unless it is expressly authorized in the form the use of another language ; do not leave blank fields. If you have questions ask for the support to employees of the Sector.

The ABC, the Brazilian institution and JICA
are not
responsible for the costs of the visa application and registration process, if any,
(foreign participants),
this amount should be paid by the applicant.

The granted Visa binds the participants to the Brazilian institutes, JICA and ABC, there for
modifications on the airfare ticket, time or motivation to stay in Brazil are NOT allowed,
its important to remind that the travel insurance paid is also linked to the ticket purchased, ceasing to be valid in the case of any change to a later date.
Special Cases:

The countries members of the MERCOSUR and are allowed to enter in Brazil possessing only the IDENTITY CARD, although this exception applies only for those traveling as tourist, for this reason ALL the TCTP training participants must travel to Brazil carrying a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Brazil. In addition, it is important to mention that the Official Visa has exemption from REGISTRATION FEES, while the registration as Tourist Visas costs around U.S. $ 100.00, which can not be paid by the program.

When the Embassy of Brazil indicates an exemption of fees to Official VISA from your country, check whether the case applies to Special Passport holder, the minimum validity required for the passport and make sure you inform the Brazilian Federal Police during the passports checking
at the entrance of Brazil, ,
that you are in OFFICIAL MISSION in Brazil under the Technical Cooperation Agreement. It is suggested to bring a copy of the letter of appointment from your government and the documents that prove your selection for training.
